Based on the announcement on dividend payment for FY 2021 published on 13th April 2022, ANY Security Printing Company Plc hereby informs the Shareholders that it publishes the final amount of dividend to be paid from 12th May 2022 in the present announcement.
The Company owns 448,842 pieces of treasury shares. Dividend to be paid after treasury shares shall be distributed and paid to the Shareholders entitled to dividend in ratio of their ownership. The rate of the latter amounts to gross HUF 5 per share that is five Hungarian Forints.
Based on the above, ANY Security Printing Company Plc pays for the FY 2021 to Shareholders entitled to dividend HUF 168 gross dividend that is one hundred and sixty-eight Hungarian forints for one piece of ordinary share (ISIN identifier: HU0000093257).
