Zoltán Tóth will hold the position of chief technical and production officer of State Printing House Plc from 1 July 2008. The tasks of the new officer will include the management and supervision of technical, investment, production and development areas. The newly appointed chief technical and production officer has several-decade-long experience in the security printing industry and will take over the duties from the retiring Huba Szatmári.
Zoltán Tóth has two-decade-long experience in the security printing industry and owns a mechanical engineer and economist-engineer degree. Between 1986 and 2008 he worked at the Hungarian Banknote Printing Company as a development engineer, later as a technical and production director. Afterwards, he moved to an IT development company where he took part in the launch of a special card project.
In the past fourteen years, he gained managerial experience in the management of the special IT, technical and development tasks of the security printing industry and in the supervision of the standards and audits related to the industry. Zoltán Tóth chief technical and production officer does not have any State Printing House Plc shares at present.
„The position of a chief technical and production officer, who supervises the developments connected to production, is very complicated in such a continuously developing industry like security printing. Huba Szatmári has played a major role in the company’s development. We are pleased that we can count on him in the ongoing projects and in the developments of the near future as an advisor. At the same time, we believe that we can carry on technical and production developments successfully with Zoltán Tóth. – said Gábor Zsámboki, CEO of State Printing House Plc.
