State Printing House Plc. has received the approval of the Romanian competition authority due to which the Company can purchase GPV Mail Service and consolidate it in its Financial Statements as of January 1.
State Printing House Plc. has received the approval of the Romanian competition authority for the purchase of the 50 percent quota in S.C. GPV Mail Services S.R.L. The approval of the sales contract signed by and between State Printing House and DBR Holding S.A. on July 30, 2010 – in accordance with the rules of the Romanian Companies Law – will become effective within 30 days after the date of registration at the Registration Court. Following this the EUR 1.5-million purchase price will be paid, and therefore, State Printing House can consolidate GPV in its Financial Statements as of January 1, 2011.
