The AGM of ANY Security Printing Company PLC has approved DPS HUF 253, by increasing the original proposal of the Board of Directors
As in previous years accepted that the Company’s Board of Directors may purchase registered ordinary shares issued by ANY Security Printing Company PLC up to a maximum of 20% of the share capital until 10 October 2025
