Péter Heim, member of the Board of Directors of State Printing House Plc., resigned his membership in the Board of Directors of State Printing House Plc with effect from October 25, 2010, in accordance with the incompatibility of Act CXXXVIIIof 2007 on Investment Companies, Commodity Brokers and the Regulation Governing Their Activities Section 25 (1).
