July 12, 2021. ANY Security Printing Company PLC has signed a contract for the sale of its stake in the Bulgarian subsidiary. The transaction covers the 50% ownership of ANY in DIRECT SERVICES o.o.d.
The purchase price of the sale contract is EUR 2 million. The closing of the transaction is subject to the registration of the change of ownership by the Bulgarian authorities, which is expected to take place until the end of July 2021.
