Állami Nyomda shares to be listed on Thursday

Állami Nyomda Plc. (“Állami Nyomda” or the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s Series “A” ordinary shares will be listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 8 December 2005, and the public sale of the Company’s Treasury stock – representing 10% of its equity – will be held on the same date. The public sale will take place in the form of an auction through the MMTS trading system operated by the BSE. The minimum price to be offered on auction purchase orders will be HUF 5,600.

Állami Nyomda intends to offer for public sale the Company’s 147,900 Series “A” dematerialized, registered ordinary shares with a par value of HUF 980 each. In the event of excessive demand, maximum another 124,100 shares – held by Royalton Investor Three Limited – may be included in the public sale.

Bids for the shares to be offered in the public sale may only be made by domestic natural persons and domestic legal persons to Concorde Értékpapír Rt., the manager of the transaction. Each investor may place an auction purchase order for minimum 100 and maximum 5,000 shares. Auction bids may be submitted from 09:00 to 13:00 on 8 December 2005.
