Hungary) hereby informs the Shareholders that the Annual General Meeting convened on 10th March 2020 for 16th April, 2020 at 13:00 will not be held.
ANY Security Printing Company PLC meeting the rules set in Clause 54 (9) of Act No. CXX/2001 on capital markets, hereby publishes the number of voting rights attached to its shares and the share capital as at 31st March 2020.
