The Board of Directors of \u00c1llami Nyomda Plc. has received the following information from Concorde \u00c9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edr Rt. (registered office: 1123 Budapest, Alkot\u00e1s u. 50.; company registration number: Cg. 01-10-043521) pursuant to Sections 67(1) and (3) of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market regarding the acquisition and subsequent sale of ownership interest in \u00c1llami Nyomda Rt. by Concorde \u00c9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edr Rt.:<\/p>\n

Concorde \u00c9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edr Rt., as manager, and the Company, Royalton Investors Three Ltd., Dr. \u00c1kos Erd\u0151s and Dr. Istv\u00e1nn\u00e9 G\u00f6m\u00f6ri, as selling shareholders, entered into a management agreement on 8 December 2005. Under the management agreement, the Company\u2019s 104,000 Series \u201cA\u201d registered ordinary shares with a par value of HUF 980 each were acquired by Concorde \u00c9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edr Rt. from the selling shareholders for the purpose of price stabilization. As a result of this transaction, Concorde \u00c9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edr Rt. acquired a 7.45% ownership interest in the Company. On the day of acquisition, Concorde \u00c9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edr Rt. sold the ordinary shares in a stock exchange transaction, thus its ownership interest was terminated.<\/p>\n
