GPV Mail Services S.R.L. The approval of the sales contract signed by and between State Printing House and DBR Holding S.A. on July 30, 2010 \u2013 in accordance with the rules of the Romanian Companies Law \u2013 will become effective within 30 days after the date of registration at the Registration Court.
