The acquisition of State Printing House in Eastern Europe will take place by the closing of the legal and financial due diligence.<\/b><\/p>\n

Still in the first Quarter of 2010, the Board of Directors of State Printing House authorized the management to carry on negotiations about the acquisition of a security printing house both in Eastern and in Western Europe. The professional negotiations are at an advanced stage in case of the Eastern-European company. The legal and financial due diligence is going on at the proper pace, in accordance with the characteristics of the industry, but takes more time as planned, because of the changed economic climate. Therefore, State Printing House can close the transaction only after June 30, 2010, which was the originally planned date.<\/p>\n
