\tThe Hungarian Logistics Association requested L\u00e1szl\u00f3 R\u00e1cz to lead the RFID department of the association at the end of 2009. The professional of \u00c1llami Nyomda has been working successfully on establishing RFID and chip solutions at the second largest security printing house of Central-Eastern Europe for years. The developments led by him were used effectively in the pilot project together with TEVA drug production company among others. The project was aimed at integrating RFID technology into drug supply chain so that the system would be more secure and faster. The RFID pilot together with Unilever was also successful; it ensured the tracking and quality protection of frozen food by applying the most state-of-the-art technologies.<\/p>\n
\tAs the leader of the department, L\u00e1szl\u00f3 R\u00e1cz hosted the \u2018MLE RFID workshop\u2019 on 21 Janu-ary 2010 where attendees were presented an overview of RFID technology, its operations, application possibilities and more domestic case studies. Besides \u00c1llami Nyomda, all other companies involved in the domestic developments based on RFID technology took part on the event: GS1 Magyarorsz\u00e1g Zrt., ODIN Budapest Kft., Vonalk\u00f3d Rendszerh\u00e1z Kft. and BCS Hungary. Presentations focused on cost-effective methods due to the global crisis.<\/p>\n
