State Printing House Plc hereby announces the following based on the information received from the shareholder:<\/p>\n

In accordance with the requirements stated in the section 61 of act CXX of 2001 on capital markets AEGON Magyarorsz\u00e1g Befektet\u00e9si Alapkezel\u0151 Zrt. (registered office: 1091 Budapest, \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat 1., registered number: 01-10-044261) informed State Printing House Plc., that voting right of AEGON Magyarorsz\u00e1g Biztos\u00edt\u00f3 Zrt. connected to State Printing House Plc. decreased from 10.57% to 3.70% during a stock exchange share transfer on 31st August 2009 and on 1st September 2009, due to the transformation of AEGON Unit Linked Equity Fund. At the same time voting right of AEGON Central European Equity Fund connected to State Printing House Plc. increased from 2.24% to 9.11%. Voting right of legal entities acting coordinated did not exceed any statement limits declared in the section 61 point 3 of the above mentioned act. <\/p>\n
