(later referred to as the Company) hereby announces the following pursuant to section 54.\u00a7 (1) of act CXX of 2001 on capital markets and point 17 of annex 6 of the same act:<\/p>\n<p>On the 2007 Annual General Meeting of State Printing House Plc., the shareholders thanked for the work of Nigel P. Williams, B\u00e9la Sebesty\u00e9n and Tam\u00e1s Bojtor Supervisory Board members and took notice of their resignation.
