State Printing House Plc. (the Company) hereby announces the following pursuant to section 67 of act CXX of 2001 on capital markets and in accordance with the requirements stated in the Statutes of State Printing House Plc, based on the information received from the shareholders:<\/p>\n

Aegon Magyarorsz\u00e1g Befektet\u00e9si Alapkezel\u0151 Zrt. (registered office: \u00dcll\u0151i \u00fat 1., 1091 Budapest, company registration number: 01-10-044261) informed the Board of Directors that Aegon Magyarorsz\u00e1g Befektet\u00e9si Alapkezel\u0151 Zrt. has 407,523 of ordinary shares of the Company in its own propriety and in the portfolios managed by it, and with these shares Aegon Magyarorsz\u00e1g Befektet\u00e9si Alapkezel\u0151 Zrt. intends to vote jointly in a coordinated behaviour on the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, as portfolio manager authorized with voting right. These ordinary shares represent 29.18% of the voting right on the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. <\/p>\n
