State Printing House Plc. (later referred to as \u201ethe Company\u201d) hereby announces the following pursuant to section 54 of act CXX of 2001 on capital markets and section 17 of annex 6 of the same act:<\/p>\n

Mr. Nigel P. Williams, elected on behalf of Royalton Investors Three Ltd., resigned from his Supervisory Board membership after the State Printing House Plc. shares owned by Royalton were sold.<\/p>\n

Mr. Gy\u00f6rgy Vajda deputy general manager has retired, effective from 1 January 2007, but he will continue to take part in the Company\u2019s work as a Supervisory Board member.<\/p>\n

Mr G\u00e1bor Zs\u00e1mboki was appointed deputy general manager, effective from 1 January 2007, so he will continue to perform his duties at the Company as the first deputy of the general manager.<\/p>\n

The number of shares owned by Mr Gy\u00f6rgy Vajda and Mr G\u00e1bor Zs\u00e1mboki has not changed.<\/p>\n
