10th\u00a0April, 2024 \u2013 The AGM of ANY Security Printing Company PLC has approved DPS HUF 253, by increasing the original proposal of the Board of Directors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting of ANY Security Printing Company held at the Company\u2019s Headquarters approved the financial statements including consolidated net sales of HUF 55.5 billion and net profit of HUF 4,267 million. The Annual General Meeting has approved to pay a dividend of HUF 253 per share. The dividend after the treasury shares held by the Company will be distributed by the ownership rate to the shareholders, so finally it is expected that HUF 261 per share will be paid. Date of dividend payment is July 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

The mandate of the members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee is to be expired on 31 May 2024, therefore the General Meeting re-elected the members of both bodies until 31 May 2029.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
