27th<\/sup> of December 2021. ANY Security Printing Company PLC hereby informs its Shareholders that the transaction for the acquisition of 50% of the shares of Zipper Services has been completed. The change of ownership has been registered and, at the same time, 40% of the 100% shareholding in Zipper Services SRL owned by the Company will be sold to Doru Vijiianu, the general manager of its Romanian subsidiary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on the contract signed on 13 December 2021 for the acquisition of a 50% stake by ANY Security Printing Company, the Romanian authorities have registered the change of ownership in Zipper Services SRL.
\nANY Security Printing Company PLC sells 40% of its 100% stake in its Romanian subsidiary to Zipper\u2019s general manager, Doru Vijiianu, strengthening the management\u2019s commitment. The relevant share transfer agreement is subject to the registration of change of ownership by the Romanian authorities. The purchase price of the sale contract is EUR 1.44 million, a pro rata share of the value of the previous acquisition transaction.
\nAs the contract enters into force, ANY Security Printing will remain the majority owner of its Romanian subsidiary with a 60% stake.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
