13th<\/sup> of December 2021. ANY Security Printing Company PLC hereby informs the Shareholders that the Company has entered into an agreement with Tipo Offset SRL to acquire 50% of the shares of Zipper Services SRL owned by Tipo Offset.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exercising its pre-emptive rights, ANY Security Printing Company signed a contract on 13 December 2021 for the acquisition of a 50% stake in its Romanian subsidiary. The closing of the transaction is subject to the registration of the change of ownership by the Romanian authorities, after which ANY Security Printing Company will become 100% owner of Zipper Services SRL.
