The proposal of the Board of Directors has been accepted by AGM of ANY Security Printing Company PLC and EPS HUF 79 has been approved.<\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting of ANY Security Printing Company held at the Company\u2019s Headquarters approved the financial statements including consolidated net sales of HUF 30.5 billion and net profit of HUF 1,140 million.
\nAccording to shareholder\u2019s proposal, Annual General Meeting has approved to pay a dividend of HUF 79 per share. The dividend after the treasury shares held by the Company will be distributed by the ownership rate to the shareholders, so finally HUF 81 per share will be paid expectedly. Date of dividend payment is July 15, 2019.<\/p>\n

The Annual General Meeting decided in personal issues as well, as the mandates of the members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee expire on 31st May, 2019. On the proposal of the Board of Directors, Dr. Tam\u00e1s S\u00e1rk\u00f6zy, Dr. Istv\u00e1nn\u00e9 G\u00f6m\u00f6ri, Dr. Imre Repa, Dr. J\u00e1nos Stumpf and Ferenc Berkesi have been elected. Katalin Heged\u0171s, L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Hanzsek and G\u00e1bor Kun have been elected as employee members of the Supervisory Board on the proposal of the Company Council. On the proposal of the Board of Directors the members of the Audit Committee, Dr. Istv\u00e1nn\u00e9 G\u00f6m\u00f6ri, Dr. Tam\u00e1s S\u00e1rk\u00f6zy and Dr. Imre Repa have been re-elected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
