ANY Security Printing Company Plc. hereby meets the extraordinary disclosure requirements on its own behalf, on behalf of Dr. \u00c1kos Erd\u0151s, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on behalf of Tam\u00e1s Erd\u0151s and on behalf of BE-LU SARL represented by Dr. Istv\u00e1nn\u00e9 G\u00f6m\u00f6ri, Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board pursuant to section 65.\u00a7 (3) of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market:<\/p>\n

Shareholder Agreement concluded between Dr. \u00c1kos Erd\u0151s, Dr. Istv\u00e1nn\u00e9 G\u00f6m\u00f6ri and Tam\u00e1s Erd\u0151s has been terminated as at today based on item 100 of section 5 \u00a7 (1) as well as on section 65\/A. \u00a7 (1) of Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets.<\/p>\n
