Regulation of the Hungarian Ministry of Finance:<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">EG Capital SARL owned by Dr. \u00c1kos Erd\u0151s has 1,768,895 pieces of common shares issued by ANY Security Printing Company Plc. transferred to Dr. \u00c1kos Erd\u0151s 1,708,932 pieces and Fortunarum Kft. 59,963 pieces of ANY shares.
