(VIII.15.) Regulation of the Hungarian Ministry of Finance:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>EG Capital SARL owned by Dr \u00c1kos Erd\u0151s increased capital by contribution in kind, 416,667 pieces of common shares issued by ANY Security Printing Company Plc. to Fortunarum Kft, of which the majority of the shares are owned by him.
