Annual General Meeting of ANY Security Printing Company PLC. is hold at the registered seat of the Company on 10^{th<\/sup> April 2013 at 1 p.m. According to the general meeting proposals published today the Board of Directors proposed to the Annual General Meeting HUF 43 dividend per share to be paid out. Expected dividend payment date is: 15^{th<\/sup> May 2013.<\/p>\n}}
